Venue for the Course

The event's programme will be at the hotel Flonk Groningen Zuid, the winner of the Dutch Hotel Award 2024.

Accommodation

Event participants will stay at  the same hotel, bringing the convinience of zero commute time.

The hotel provides excellent meeting facilities, a swimming pool, possibility to rent a bike, free parking and the serene nature surroundings.

Directions by public transport from Groningen railway station to Flonk Hotel Groningen Zuid:

The buses depart from the front of the station. You should take a bus line 10, towards Hoornsemeer. You should get off at Eisenhowerstraat bus stop. Then turn right (you walk along the bike path) and at the end turn right again. The hotel is now in front of you. From the bus stop, it is about a ten-minute walk to the hotel. Find exact bus times at www.9292ov.nl. You can pay buy for your bus ride with any type of a (credit) card, but the cash is not accepted!

Alternatives such as Uber and ordinary taxis are available as well.

Accommodation will be arranged by the Course Organizers, the registration fee includes your stay but in a twin room arrangement (same gender only). In case you really prefer staying in a single room, you need to inform us well in advance. This is subject to availability, and this will be charged extra, at the applicant's expense.
